Herbert L. Jamison, Sr. withdrew from Frank & DuBois and established Herbert L. Jamison & Co. as a partnership, taking with him most of the original R.L. Roberts staff and accounts. His two Partners were Mr. Peter Kes and Mr. Gustav Kashel. |

Offices were moved from 100 William Street to 111 Fulton Street, a new building which was Aetna's New York headquarters. |
